Back to the 50’s with Zarina Nares’s “Sweet Dreams, TN”

Sofia WolfsonJuly 6, 2018

Musician and model Zarina Nares’s new single “Sweet Dreams, TN” is certainly a throwback to the 1950’s sound that inspires her. Her vocal quality, something of the Amy Winehouse world, drives the track with a wildly dramatic performance. She sings of love lost, of all the thoughts you undergo when you miss someone. Recent Manimal Records signee, Nares is now labelmates with legends like Yoko Ono and Warpaint. This new single follows an EP release last year, entitled Songs To Sway By, which features tracks like “Playboy” and “You’re Not Interested in Me.”
